PRICE STRUCTURE
Prices are based on the exchange rate of the U.S. dollar.
USD 1.00 = Euro 0.79 and on contracts and agreements with
suppliers. Prices are subject to change. The price is based
on a minimum of 30 fully-paying participants.
Per person $4,395
(Optional) Single room supplement in shared apartments $1,060
Prices are for payment by check or transfer.
Credit card payments (Visa and MasterCard).
1. Round-trip air transportation from Los Angeles to Europe
in peak season on a regularly scheduled airline (economy class),
East-bound to Vienna, westbound from Rome.
2. Twenty-two (22) nights accommodation in tourist class hotels.
Price is per person sharing a twin bedded room with private
facilities. Triple room accommodations are possible in Venice
and Florence.
3. A total of 35 meals plus in-flight meals: 22 breakfasts
(mainly buffet-style) and 13 lunches and/or dinners.
4. Transportation and transfers by private, deluxe and air
conditioned motor coach.
5. Public transportation pass in Vienna.
6. Two-day Vaporetto pass in Venice.
7. Sightseeing tours and excursions according to day-by-day
itinerary.
8. Services of a professional LeonardoWorld Tour Director
during the entire stay.
9. Service charges, tips, and taxes as related to hotels and
restaurants.
10. Complete travel documentation.
Price Does Not Include
1. Air ticket related taxes and inspection fees.
2. Mandatory portion of the gratuity.
3. Travel protection plan, including trip cancellation, health,
accident, and baggage insurance. This insurance is available,
though (optional, although recommended).
4. State mandated enrollment fees and books needed for classes.
5. Any other items not listed under " Price Includes."
TRAVEL PROTECTION PLAN
The Travel Protection Plan offered by Trip Mate Insurance
Agency, Inc. is not included. It will be offered optionally.
The price is $289 for programs priced $4,501 to $6,000. The
plan protects the program participant and his/her travel investment.
